9 Coll Place was an 18 storey tower block on the Coll Place estate in Germiston, Glasgow. Approved in 1967, construction was carried out by Reema Scotland and the building contained 102 flats.
9 Coll Place was the first tower block in Glasgow to be demolished using explosives in 1992. This was carried out by Burnthills. Private housing was built on the vacant land.
The two remaining tower blocks will be demolished in early 2008.
