Addy House is a 16 storey tower block at the junction of Rotherhithe New Road and Hawkstone Road on the Hawkstone Estate (formerly part of Silwood Estate) in the Rotherhithe area of Southwark, London. Completed in 1960, the block contains 96 flats. It is constructed out of concrete with brick facing facings.
