Ainsworth House was an 8 storey tower block located at the junction of Wychall Road and Chaddesley Road on the Wychall Farm Estate in Northfield, Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved in 1955 and it was completed in 1957 by Wates. It contained 48 flats.
The block was demolished with the rest of the estate in the early 2000s and replaced with lowrise housing.
