Barrow House pre-refurbishment
Barrow House is a 9 storey tower block on Meyrick Walk in the Edgbaston area of Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved in 1970 as part of the Phase II plans for Chamberlain Gardens. It was the only tower block of the second phase and is located separately to the 10 tower blocks constructed as Phase I. The block was built in 1971 by Bryant using the Bison construction method. It contains 36 flats.
