Bowater House viewed from Martineau Tower
Bowater House is an 11 storey tower block on Aldgate Grove in the Hockley area of Newtown, sometimes known as St. Georges, just north of Birmingham city centre. Plans for the block were approved in 1963 andin 1965 by Bryant. It contains 40 flats and is one of nine tower blocks on the estate.
