Carnwadric is a housing scheme in the south side of Glasgow. It was developed during 1927 - 1932 as one of the first peripheral housing schemes in the south side. Carnwadric lies south of Kennishead, east of Arden, west of Mansewood and north of the town of Thornliebank. The original estate has been largely unchanged by the decades despite suffering from the same social problems that other peripheral estates have. Most cottage flats and tenements are still inhabited and new housing has been built north of Boydstone Road.
More new housing is to be built on the site of the scheme's former primary school which was located in the centre of the scheme, it was demolished in late 2010.
