Chivenor House is a 12 storey tower block on Drem Croft on the Castle Vale estate in Birmingham, England. Plans for the block were approved in 1964 along with Chivenor Primary School below it. It was completed in 1966 by Bryant and contains 42 flats. It was once one of 34 tower blocks on the Castle Vale estate, but 32 have since been demolished.
Chivenor House was not considered for demolition as it is built directly on top of a primary school which would have also had to have been demolished, a situation which the local authority wanted to avoid. As a result, it was refurbished to a design by BM3 Architecture, along with Topcliffe House which remained for the same reasons.
