Eglington Tower is a 14 storey tower block in the Monkwearmouth district of Sunderland. The block is close to the Stadium of Light and has a sister block a few yards away calledDevonshire Tower .
The block is owned by the Housing Association, Gentoo, and were completely refurbished in 2006.
