Hobbis House is an 11 storey tower block at the junction of Redditch Road and Redhill Road in the Kings Norton area of Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved in 1966 and it was constructed the following year by Stubbings. The block contains 42 flats, and is now a sheltered housing building for the elderly, ran by Birmingham City Council.
