John Kennedy House is a 16 storey tower block on Rotherhithe Old Road on the Hawkstone Estate (formerly part of Silwood Estate) in the Rotherhithe area of Southwark, London. The block was approved for construction in 1962, four years after the approval of Addy House and Brydale House on the estate. Construction was carried out by Wates and was completed in 1963. The block contains 94 flats and is constructed out of concrete with brick facing facings.
