Crime

There have been problems with the local youth regarding gangs in the estate and the close area around it. Gangs like TKO, Mosey (also knows as Mozart), and Warrick boyz have clashed in the area notoriously. The Estate underwent a regeneration program to improve the building facilities such as entrences to the tower blocks and faults with the lifts have been resolved. However the area still suffers from a high crime rate above national average.

Several stabbings have been reported by St. Mary's Hospital which come from gangs in the estate. There has been an increase in violence since 2008, up 17% from 2007.

Westminter City Council is considering several solutions to the problems in and around the estate.
