Manor Close is an 8 storey social housing complex on Melville Road in the Edgbaston area of Birmingham. The complex is bordered to the north by Melville Road, to the east by Manor Road, to the west by Holly Road and to the south by the private Holly Mount housing complex.
Plans for the complex were approved in 1956 and construction was completed in 1959 by Simms Sons & Cooke. The complex is basically four T-shaped blocks joined together. Together, the blocks provide a total of 88 flats. The blocks are named as follows:
- St Helier House
- St Lawrence House
- St Dennis House
- St Michael House
