Constructed in the early 1960s, the tower block contains 54 deck-accessed flats. The block has a L-shaped footprint with a central core. The wing overlooking Southwark Park Road is 6 storeys tall, whereas the offset wing is 7 storeys. It was constructed using a concrete frame with brick masonry facings.
