Naseby Tower was a 23 storey tower block on Woodpecker Road on the Woodpecker Estate on the border of New Cross and Deptford in Lewisham, London. Constructed in the early 1970s, the block contained 92 flats.
The estate quickly began to experience serious social issues and in 1992, an Estate Action Plan was brought in to regenerate the estate. In 1995, proposals to demolished all but one of the tower blocks were approved and Naseby Tower was demolished several years later to make way for low-rise housing.
