Packwood House was a 12 storey tower block on Gaywood Croft on the Lee Bank estate on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre, England. Plans for the block were approved in 1965 and it was completed in 1966 by Wimpey. It was 36 metres tall and contained 46 flats. It was built onto the side of Bell Barn Shopping Centre.

It was demolished in the 2000s as part of the Park Central redevelopment scheme by Optima Homes.
