Perronet House is a is an 11-storey residential council tower block adjacent to the northern roundabout of the Elephant and Castle, on Princess Street in the London Borough of Southwark.

The site was originally know as Elephant & Castle CDA site 4, and was approved for development in 1967 as a Greater London Council housing development. Perronet House - and the sister block on Princess Street - was designed by Architect Sir Roger Walters using the 'scissor section' design pioneered by the London County Council architects department and won a commendation in the 1971 Good Design in Housing Awards.

As built, Perronet House had 80 flats in the second to 10th floors. The Podium area under the block was filled in during the late 1980s to create 10 further flats for people with disabilities.
