Sycamore House was a 5 storey block of flats overlooking Edward Street on the Edward Street Estate in Deptford, London. Completed in the late 1940s, it was one of the first block of flats to be built by Deptford Council after World War II. The deck-access block contained 40 flats. During the regeneration of the estate and the adjacent Evelyn Estate in the late 1990s, the block was demolished to make way for low-rise terraced housing.
