Trossachs is a small housing scheme in Maryhill, Glasgow. It is brodered by Firhill to the north, Possilpark to the east, St George's Cross to the south and North Kelvinside to the west. Housing consists of inter war tenements made of stone. Many of these in Glasgow have been demolished over the past 20 years because they were poorly built and poorly maintained. These in Trossachs are no exeption. Those closes that havent been demolished are condemned, lying partially empty or boarded up. Part of the scheme has already been redeveloped with new terraced housing.
